Program Coordinator



The University of Pittsburgh is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Katz School of Business. The Program Coordinator supports day-to-day operations of the various functions within the office, with particular emphasis on event planning and financial administrative work.

The successful candidate will:

  • Support logistics coordination for all special events and co-curricular programming
  • Perform financial administrative work for the Graduate Programs Office
  • Provide back-up clerical support for Graduate Programs Office as needed
  • Utilize a variety of University Software systems to promote programming,
  • provide synchronous and asynchronous access, track participation, and solicit student feedback

Additionally, the successful candidate should have strong attention to detail, as the position involves processing of a variety of financial documents, including executing contracts, processing expense reports and reimbursements, and payment of invoices. Expenses must be allocated to the correct account, tracked accurately to monitor associated budgets, and processed in a timely manner.


Minimum education baccalaureate. Successful candidate should have 0 – 2 years of experience.
