Assistant Director Career Management



The Assistant Director Career Advising will assist full and part-time MBA and/or Specialized Master's students and alumni with developing and refining a comprehensive strategy for securing an internship and/or full-time employment. The Assistant Director Career Advising will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining recruiting relationships with local, national, and global organizations.

The Assistant Director will work directly with students and recruiters in their respective field. The incumbent will also work directly with faculty in career functions, will serve as a liaison to student clubs, participate in the admissions process, and partner with other members of the career services team to develop and implement innovative workshops and programs.


Min education is a Bachelors. Preferred experience either in higher education or else in a corporate recruiting or else human resource function. 3+ years professional work experience preferred.
