The Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business and the College of Business Administration at the University of Pittsburgh invites applications for an anticipated full-time, non-tenured, appointment stream faculty position (Clinical Assistant/Associate/Professor) in our Information Systems and Technology Management (ISTM) area to begin teaching starting Fall 2024.

The position requires (1) a strong commitment to excellence in teaching and student engagement with evidence of potential in both, and (2) the ability to teach across undergraduate, master's, and executive education audiences. In addition, the position entails participation in industry engagement, student co-curricular activities, and school-level and university-level committee work.

Doctoral degree preferred in information systems, business administration, computer science, data science, or related disciplines or have strong prospects for completion prior to the July 1, 2024, start date (subject to change as needed). Professional work experience with enterprise systems, data analytics, project management, and/or technology management is highly desirable. Candidates with a master’s degree in one of the specified areas and strongly related industry and prior college-level teaching experience will also be considered.

The successful hire will be expected to maintain one of the following faculty qualification statuses in accordance with AACSB guidelines: Scholarly Academic (SA), Practice Academic (PA), or Scholarly Practitioner (SP).
