Monday through Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm with some evenings and weekends as needed to meet department needs.

Job Summary

Work with Office for Organizational Well-Being faculty and staff to develop research infrastructure and to launch a research project on the well-being of basic science faculty, staff, and trainees. Assist with the development of funding proposals, IRBs, and presentation and abstracts.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Knowledge about the drivers of burnout, including systemic issues that impact burnout and well-being, experience with the IRB process, and managing research projects.
