Responsibilities:

• Maintain open communication with our carriers from pickup to delivery.
• Coordinate loading & delivery appointments efficiently.
• Maintain all necessary documents, data entry.
• Negotiate rates with carriers within provided parameters.
• Identify and select reputable and safe carriers for freight services.
• Book Shipments with carriers.
• Updating customers on status of shipments, and assist with inquiries as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic, energetic, fast learner, self-directed and exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to details and accuracy are paramount.
• Proficient computer skills with a diverse range of software programs.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Positive Attitude and Optimistic Outlook.

Schedule:

• 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• 7am to 11am / 9am to 1pm / 1pm to 5pm
• Flexible scheduling options available if needed. 

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting wage @ $20.00 per hour   
• Weekly Paycheck with direct deposit
• Flexible working Hours
• No Nights,  No Weekends
