Snell Services, Inc. is looking to add a reliable, motivated, and customer friendly individual to assist the day-to-day activities in a busy and efficient Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC Service Department at our North Platte location.
Duties & Responsibilities
-Interact with customers to receive service work orders and answer basic questions by phone, e-mail, and in person.
-Create and input customer work orders into department software.
-Pricing and billing completed work to customers utilizing software and other methods.
-Receive and process customer payments.
-Organize and maintain scheduling, calendars, and e-mail.
-File customer records and documents.
You should have:
-Excellent customer service and communication skills.
-Ability to handle and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
-Organizational and computer skills.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Consistent attendance and punctual.
-Knowledge of the Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC industry or other construction experience.
-AR/AP experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8-5 pm
