This position is responsible for investigating internal complaints of discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, retaliation, and all other applicable Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) concerns and ensuring compliance with the organization's Equal Employment Opportunity policies and all applicable anti-discrimination laws. Assists with other EEO compliance requirements for which the EEO Office is responsible.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Sociology or closely related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
- A minimum of two years of experience conducting fact-finding investigations.
