Rio Foltz, PLLC seeks a Rule 9 eligible intern or licensed attorney to assist with the prosecution of municipal misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor cases in Benton County and Pasco Municipal Courts. We are a small law firm representing almost exclusively municipal clients seeking candidates with excellent work ethic who enjoy working as part of a team. This position presents an excellent opportunity to gain trial experience under the mentorship of senior attorneys with a combined 35 years of prosecution experience, and also allows associates/interns the ability to assist with and gain knowledge of civil municipal law issues as one of the partners is the City Attorney for two municipalities. We offer a generous salary range of $95,000 - $130,000 per year depending on experience as well as paid health and dental benefits, a yearly vision exam, two weeks of paid leave per year, and a 3% yearly contribution to a 401k. Bar dues and training costs sufficient to maintain CLE credits are also paid. Associates will receive yearly cost of living increases with the potential for additional compensation incentives based on performance. For legal interns, we offer an hourly rate of $25.00 - $40.00 per hour depending on experience and will consider part-time employment for those preparing for the bar exam.
