North 40 Chophouse features USDA prime dry age steak, live Maine lobster and other inspired steakhouse classics featuring chicken, duck, and pork. Our growing wine list features 350 labels from around the world and compliments a well-appointed classic cocktail program.
Our bartenders provide all aspects of beverage production for our 60-seat dining room and 45 seat lounge. Assist bar manager with prep, menu development and logistics.
-We prefer a minimum of 5 years' experience with craft cocktails and a variety of high-end product and service.
-Bartenders must be relentless in delivering exceptional guest experiences through skill, training, job knowledge, humility, and gratitude.
-Bartenders must be driven, inspired, and compassionate. They must possess an extraordinary attitude and exceptional personality.
-Candidates should be comfortable working both alone and as part of a team. Working clean is a must as is concise communication, willingness to both learn and to educate, as well as exemplary timekeeping.
