Job Description
Outreach and Engagement
- College event planning
- Coordinate and participate in on-campus events to engage students
- Recruitment activities, such as representing CASE at Discover Days and Open House events (and college fairs, as necessary)
- Supervise and engage with CASE Student Advisory Board and engage graduate students to form CASE Graduate Student Advisory Board
- Coordinate FYRE activities with Associate Dean for Research and External Relations
- Point of contact for marketing needs, such as promotional/recruitment materials, etc.
- Provide administrative support to Weiner Professor of Humanities for Humanities-related activities on campus
- Coordinates monthly college newsletter and submit to campus accomplishments
- Hiring Manager fornon-regularfaculty positions (Post-Doc, Lecturer, etc.):
- Complete/Route HFA for approval
- Enter postings in eRecruit and route applications
- Draft offer letters and enter job offers in eRecruit
- Complete forms as necessary for programs/events, to include but not limited to incidentals, alcohol approval, etc.
- Office purchasing, one card reconciliation, reimbursements, etc.
An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $16.82 to $20.76 hourly.
Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
