Job Description | The Administrative Assistant for Clinical Affairs shall work with the Assistant/Associate Dean of Clinical Medicine to coordinate communications with current and prospective clinical resources and shall serve the Assistant/Associate Deans office and the clinical rotations staff as the receptionist, perform clerical duties, organize and maintain, coordinate travel arrangements, coordinate calendars including meeting schedules and arrangements and work closely with the Executive Assistant to the VP and Dean of DCOM. |
Required Qualifications | High school diploma; *two years office experience. |
Preferred Qualifications | Two-year degree. |

Job Duty | open and sort mail; |

Job Duty | initiate action as necessary for the handling of work items and issues particularly those related to departmental faculty, staff, and students; |

Job Duty | order and maintain office supplies; |

Job Duty | operate and maintain office equipment; |

Job Duty | maintain conscientious work ethic to include punctuality, professional dress and demeanor; |

Job Duty | take minutes for division and department meetings or as assigned; |

Job Duty | complete institutional and program accreditation reports and other reports necessary for the operation and advancement of the University; and |

Job Duty | perform other duties as assigned. |
