The County of Lincoln in North Platte, Nebraska is seeking applicants for the position of Maintenance Technician 2 with the emphasis of plumbing. Lincoln County offers excellent wages and work environment. Previous experience in plumbing is desired. 

Knowledge of:
-Basic understanding of Plumbing, Heating, Electrical, Wall Repair, Painting, and other construction and maintenance practices.
-Commercial cleaning techniques and practices
-Cleaning supplies and equipment and their appropriate uses
-Safety procedures related to operating equipment and supplies used in assigned duties.

EXAMPLES OF WORK
-Patch and paint holes in plaster or drywall.
-Replace faulty electrical outlet or light fixture.
-Repair or replace faucet or other plumbing fixture.
-Explain an issue to co-workers and/or customers in a clear and friendly manner.
-Work with other employees to complete assorted tasks.
