Frenchman Valley Coop has an immediate opening for the Director of Safety. The Director of Safety at Frenchman Valley Coop is responsible for leading the organization's safety initiatives and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs for all divisions that comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry best practices. The Director of Safety will work closely with Agronomy, Energy, Feed and Grain to promote a culture of safety, conduct regular audits, monitor and administer. Workers Compensation program, provide training and guidance to ensure the continuous improvement of safety standards across the Cooperative.
