The Pennrose Orleans Building is a redevelopment of former bank headquarters with a new addition and two separate townhouse buildings. The refurbished and new construction will provide 62 apartments. Dellbrook | JKS is sourcing applicants on behalf of their subcontractors from candidates that meet the following criteria: HUD Section 3, Orleans and other Barnstable County residents, minority, women, and low to very low-income persons that have construction trade experience and are seeking work.
