We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility near Greensburg. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation facilities and equipment. Your responsibilities will include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various equipment.

Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of equipment, and facilities to identify potential issues.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks.
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and HVAC system problems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs promptly.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Assist in developing and implementing maintenance schedules.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and power distribution.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
