Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider in an independent family practice clinic.
Responsible for providing medical services as a Physician Assistant under direct supervision of licensed physician or according to scope of practice for a Nurse Practitioner.
Representative duties include providing diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive health care services to patients of all ages. Must have skills, ability, and judgment to include but not limited to:
" taking complete patient history
" performing complete physical examination
" performing or assisting with routine procedures
" ordering and reviewing diagnostic tests and referrals
" interpreting and evaluating data to determine patient management and treatment
" providing patient teaching instructions and guidance
" documenting pertinent data in medical record in a timely fashion

REQUIREMENTS: Current Nebraska license as Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner required. Current DEA certificate required.

CLINIC HOURS: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Call coverage once per week with physician backup; otherwise no weekends, nights, or holidays.
