HVAC Installer | Service Technician

Compass Energy is looking to add an HVAC Installer/Service Technician to our team! Compass Energy is a family owned, HVAC/Propane and Fuel Oil company based out of Laurel, Delaware. We are looking for a reliable team member to install and service HVAC equipment, Install duct work for new construction jobs as well as  equipment changeouts for residential and light commercial applications. In addition to job training, we offer opportunities to all facets of our operation.

Descriptions and job duties:

• Work independently as well as with others to install and service equipment, duct work, and help with punch-out items.
• Understand wiring diagrams.
• Understand proper venting.
• Fabricate and install metal duct
• Able to trouble shoot and communicate with tech support in the field.
• Have experience installing various types of HVAC equipment.
• Communicate with project managers, team members, supply houses, and homeowners.
• Use technology to complete workorders and other paperwork.
• Report vehicle maintenance and keep a clean vehicle.
