Crew Workers, Housing Navigator, Community Coordinator
CAPNM is seeking qualified applicants to fill the following positions:
Crew Worker I Full-time $17.41/hour plus benefits, assists in weatherizing homes, duties include insulating attics and crawl spaces, replacing or repairing windows and doors, and other minor home repairs. High School diploma and one-year experience preferred.
Housing Navigator I Full-time $16.49/hour plus benefits, works in partnership to administer the Section 8 housing choice voucher program and HUD VASH for Veteran housing needs. Completes inspections, interacts with tenants/landlords and completes paperwork/ documents. High School diploma and two years' experience working with the public required.
Housing Navigator II Full-time $18.41/hour plus benefits, responsible for determining eligibility of individuals, potentially with high barriers such as disability or criminal background. Provide ongoing case management. Associate's degree in social work or human services and two years of experience providing services to clients experiencing mental health challenges, or an equivalent combination.
Community Coordinator Part-time/flexible schedule $19.48/hour plus benefits, responsible for facilitating communications and outreach to foster awareness and promote a positive image of CAPNM. Work includes, overseeing communication, outreach opportunities, social media, web page, public speaking and marketing/fund raising. AA degree required, two years of experience in working with the community.
Personnel Manager Part-time/flexible schedule $23.22/hour plus benefits, provides direct assistance, guidance and support to Agency Department Directors and Program managers in carrying out and adhering to the organization's policies and practices. Respond in a timely manner to all employee issues, ensure all personnel files are up to date and accurate. Associate's degree in business, communications or human resources or three years of related experience. PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
