The Department of Communication at the College of Charleston invites applications for a full-time, one-year, visiting assistant professor position to begin August 2024. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in communication or a related field by August 2024 and demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching.
We are interested in candidates who specialize in media and cinema studies. Teaching responsibilities include an introductory media studies survey course and upper-level undergraduate courses on popular culture, media ethics, and media literacy.
Applications are due by May 01, 2024.
