Project Manager - Construction
BBL Construction Services is looking for experienced Project Managers. A Project Manager is responsible for supporting the direction and completion of a construction project.
Job Functions / Responsibilities:
- Project Management
- Scheduling
- Subcontractor coordination
- Administrative implementation
- Managing projects/schedules
- Budget management
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers and fellow associates
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management preferred
- 3 to 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry
- Working knowledge of personal computers/software (proficiency in MS office applications; proficiency in Procore and Sage software a plus)
- Demonstrates written and oral communication skills; ability to write formal letters, invoices, documents
